Andrew B. Irvine
is Associate Professor of Philosophy and Religion at Maryville College. His scholarly interests include philosophical theology, philosophy as a way of life, and critical pedagogy. He has published poetry and popular writing in Written River: Journal of Eco-Poetics and on the Religion and Ethics website of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, among other places. He is currently in virtual rehearsals for a community theatre production of The Great Gatsby, playing Nick Carraway.
