Professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology PAN (Warsaw) and at the Pedagogical University (Cracow). The main areas of interest: psychoanalytical theory, contemporary philosophy (hermeneutics, phenomenology, poststructuralism), literary critics. The scholar of Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung, DAAD, DFG, the Mellon Foundation, the British Academy, the Kosciuszko Foundation. Author of books among others: Psychoanalytische Brocken, Würzburg 2016, Psychoanalysis – the Promised Land? Berlin – New York – Oxford 2019.
