Jurga Jonutytė
Jurga Jonutytė works as a senior researcher at The Institute of Lithuanian Literature and Folklore, where she as a philosopher of culture and history researches local cultural development. In addition, Jurga Jonutytė teaches philosophy at the Department of Philosophy at Vytautas Magnus university (Lithuania). Jurga Jonutytė works on philosophical reflections of oral narratives (individual life stories or memory narratives) analyzing them from the perspectives of phenomenology, post-structuralism and contemporary theories of feminism. She has published more than 30 academic publications including 4 monographs (2 of them with co-authors).
