James W. Besse
is a young sociology researcher associated with the Polish Academy of Sciences. His Bachelor’s comes from Bennington College, focusing on philosophy and social sciences. His Master’s, with the Graduate School for Social Research and under the supervision of Professor Szymon Wróbel, addresses issues related to science and technology studies (STS). He has worked on projects studying contemporary protest forms in Central-Eastern Europe and publishes actively in topics related to the study of new technologies.
