Hicham Jakha

Hicham Jakha is a doctoral candidate at the Doctoral School of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He is mainly interested in issues at the intersection of phenomenology and analytic philosophy. He is engaged in many projects (both as a principal investigator and a research fellow), two of which are particularly noteworthy: a Preludium project financed by the National Science Centre (NCN), the title of which is ‘‘The Problem of Fictional Objects in Roman Ingarden’s Ontology and Analytic Metaphysics’’, and a SONATA BIS project led by Prof. Witold Płotka (Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, Warsaw), titled “The Philosophy of Leopold Blaustein in Contexts: Brentano, Gestalt Psychology, the Lvov-Warsaw School and Early Phenomenology”
